    yes and no, the Royal Ulster Constabulary existed from 1922 to 2001 at this point due political pressure they were forced to change name to the Police Service of Northern Ireland which they use on websites uniforms etc

    however the PSNI full name is as used in the police act 2000 (which was the legal footing for altering things) is Police Service of Northern Ireland incorporating the Royal Ulster Constabulary GC

    some of the bravest men and women ever to have walked the face of the earth and I'm proud to say I count some as friends
