Default HK in Lebanon

    [ QUOTE ]
Surrounded by heavy security, Saad Hariri (C), son and political heir of assassinated former Lebanese premier Rafiq Hariri (portrait-R), addresses supporters during an electoral meeting in a Sunni neighborhood of Beirut 26 May 2005. Lebanese Christian and Muslim candidates will be contesting 128 parliamentary seats in the polls which kick off on May 29 and continue on the three following Sundays, with the seats to be shared equally by the two communities. Hariri's list is expected to sweep the 27 seats reserved for the Sunnis.

That's good. At first glance, it looks like the cameraman to the left of the podium has a tactical sniper rifle!

    Nice picture, Chef!

Why is he gripping the cocking/charging handle? Would he carry it without a round chambered, and if things got a bit to hot he'd lock in a round?
