    I'm back, when I res-subbed it doesn't show on my profile that' I'm a premium partner, as well as the new avatar I uploaded. Maybe it's my browser?

    Never has for me. I renewed months ago, and it still doesn’t show it. Only affects the title above my avatar. I have all of the premium access.

    @admin Please have a look. Renewals seem to not be reflected in user titles after the event. I will be fixing these...
    @dwillHK Your premium expired on 4/17/18 and I am not showing a renewal. Your premium access was not lifted, but has been done so now.
    @Josefius You are now displaying as Premium.

    @straightgrain I have a PayPal receipt showing that I paid $29.95 to VerticalScope Inc. for a HKPRO PREMIUM PARTNER Subscription on 7/10/18.

    I have a pdf copy of the PP receipt, but can’t find a way to attach it in a PM.

    I will take your word for it. PayPal is such a pain. You are good to go for another year from today.

    @straightgrain I'll look into the account and see if I can see where it's getting blocked. If you get another report from a user can you let us know and don't manually add the premium to the account so we can trace where it's getting blocked.
