This is at least the third attempt to get my Premium Membership activated.
I renewed my account before the expiration date of 12/24/2019, on Dec 17, 2019.
I still am lacking Premium features and "HKPRO Premium Partner" on my username.
I expect to be given more than a cursory email standard response.
Please activate my Premium subscription, to expire 12 months from activation.
I have benefitted greatly from the Forum, and it is personally embarrassing for me to be a non-contributing member.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
What other recourse do I have? Card was charged on Dec 17, 2019.
Correction: card charged Dec 17, 2019. Original order on 12/24/2018 was non-recurring, so was not set to automatically renew and charge on Dec 24, 2019.

Please give us the following information in an PM and we’ll get it sorted:
1. Email from PayPal Account
2. Date of Purchase
3. The amount that you paid for
4. Type of membership
5. Transaction #
The manner in which this site continues to be run never ceases to amaze me!!!

For future reference, tagging me in your post and/or sending a pm to me would have gotten a faster response, as I only saw your reply TODAY, by checking my Subscribed Threads (for which I do not receive any notification for replies to those threads)
I do expect the paid membership to be activated for the duration of 12 months, beginning the date of the actual activation of the membership, not the purchase date.
