    thats what i was thinking too. I would coat the receiver if i didnt want to mess with tolerances or ruining an original HK style finish. I took my sp5k BCG down today and my firing pin looks like it might be rusted so was thinking of NP3ing one of those

    Jeff/Parabellum Combat Systems coated my receiver after I had a squib and needed a barrel swap; you'd have to ask him for details. It definitely doesn't hold as well with NP3 underneath (PCS did way better than IGF tho). One of these years I'd like to strip it and leave it bare NP3. I don't get to the range much anymore.
