Isnít PTR located in South Caroline as well? I think it would make more sense for a JV deal with PTR if they arenít making them in house.

PSA had a rough time getting off the ground building ARs. Years later, I got a "premium" upper from them that wasn't properly assembled and I wound up fixing it myself. PSA moved on to the AR10 platform, which was likewise disastrous. They also dropped the ball building an AK.

There's plenty of people who love their stuff, but I won't be a lab rat, and I feel sorry for those that choose to be.

PSA has most of their parts built in China, PSA finishes their own receiver that were also cast in China and then assembles everything back at their warehouses. That’s how they keep their costs down with large scale

PSA is very good at running cheap ads for products, accepting your payment, but they fail to put the paid for product in a box, attach a label and ship in a timely manner. A timely manner to me is within 3-10 days of order and payment. Out of 10-12 purchases I have made from them they have failed to ship within that many days. Most of the orders were shipped within 3-4 weeks after I sent emails and or made calls. If you cannot hire and manage people to do the simple task of taking an order, payment, packaging and shipping, DON'T TRY TO START BUILDING, SELLING AND SERVCING 9' SERIES RIFLES AND PISTOLS!

We will see how it goes. Building a HK is a little harder than an AR.

I probably won't buy a complete gun but if the spare parts they make are reasonable quality and decently priced I can't argue with that.

They claim to have never heard of Todd, and are building this on their own in house from the ground-up, without PTR. Will be fun to watch.
