Default PTR91 DAG bolt carrier issue and General Blank Fire issue

I can not seem to have any success with getting my PTR to fire blanks. The DAG bolt carrier seems too short and the pin will not strike the plastic ammo. I can fire one round of plastic dag blank ammo but they always jam in the barrel.

I purchased .308 / 7.62x51 Hirtenberger Patronenfabrik Blank Ammo and they all seem to be duds. The make a fizzle sound and barely pop.

    AW serial.

    Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure I used the regular bolt carrier for the black dag blank ammo along with the blank firing adapter. The DAG carrier would not chamber a blank round for me.
Spent most of my tax return on Hk parts, booze and ammo....the rest I just wasted

No he is talking about the black DAG blank ammo. It is also plastic but no projectile. The tip of the bullet is serrated

I was able to get the black dag ammo to fire with the standard bolt carrier after I gummed the rifle up. Seems like it has to be dirty and not well lubricanted and it fires fine...

Any brass options out there that actually work?

Blank 7.62X51 uses the standard bolt/ bolt carrier and a BFA installed to replace the flashider?

Is not the Special Bolt carrier etc for the reduced power loads w/ a plastic (or wood?) bullet to be used on reduced distance ranges/ indoor?
These loads will still ruin one day at short ranges...
