Before the HK/G3 there was the CETME!

That Model L is pretty cool. A friend of mine welded one together from a kit. It is pretty ugly but functional. I am trying to get rid of this form something less valuable I can use with less guilt. I hope to find my way into a 91 or preferably 93. I plan to take it to a gun show tomorrow that taylors more toward collectors and hopefully find someone who knows what this is and is willing to trade

I am trying to get a hold of more interesting Pre-90's rifles. I found this Howa built AR-180 with factory scope and sling a few months ago for $800. I need to source an original magazine, but for now modified AR mags are working. Not quite the steal the CETME was but I am quite happy with it. I would love a Beretta AR70 or FNC.

Then why sell the MARS CETME--- not easy to come by, and will be more expensive to replace later!!!
