I just haven't seen this type of push pin.

ETA - congrats on your MP5. It looks like a quality build.

Ah, I didn't notice a sling attachment was missing from the triple tree.

edited: i mean the handguard, not the entire gun. I removed it from my new gun purchase and replaced it with the old school look which i prefer.

I also just got a PTR 9ct. I got a great trade deal on it and so far so good I took a huge mix of all types or crap 9mm and everything fed and fired great. Shouldering the folding brace has kinda a short LOP but for me that only has to last as long as it takes for the tax stamp. I do travel to Germany and the surrounding area a lot and can pretty much bring back anything i want. Any suggestions to upgrade parts on my mp5 clone that are either hard to be had here or better quality originals?

    Thanks, Jeff

I got to shoot a 9CT and the rifle version at a demo day at my LGS. According to the rep, I was the first person to shoot the pistol and the second person to shoot the rifle. I don't like the logo on the handguard, but otherwise it was fine.

Well at least the put the logo on the handguard and not on the gun. Easy fix. I originally didn't like the logo on photos I initially saw. Now I don't even think about it, or care. I bought a traditional POF handguard for the gun but still haven't put it on the thing.

While I like the M-Loc grip just fine, I might still prefer the fatter size of the traditional grip. The jury is still out.

My 9CT continues to work perfectly. Very happy with that purchase. I still haven't extensively tested the 9KT enough to give it a (somewhat) final rating. No indications of any problems since getting the mag catch fixed though. If it ends up outperforming the SP5K, in terms of operational reliability... I'm going to be irritated at HK. I will have to concede that I installed a modified POF carrier in that gun to get the FA function, so I guess that could be the reason that I've had a few FTEs over the last three years.

What kind of suppressor? I'm waiting for an Omega 9K to clear ATF jail.
