    Default ATI A3 stock on a Z5rs

I'm looking for a A3 stock that doesn't cost a fortune for my Zenith and found this one at HKparts:

Does anyone have experience with this stock on a Zenith? How much did you have to modify the holes for pin alignment? Is it a solid stock?
Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.

I've heard that the ATI stocks don't always lock up tightly and have a bit of wobble.

The ATI 4 position retractable stock that I have locks up securely with no wobble what so ever. I went with the ATI because of the 4 position length of pull option which is very nice to have and it's $200 cheaper than the actual HK 4 position retractable A3 stock. It works well with my Z-5RS.

I hadn't considered it, but having more positions than fully extended might be nice when my kids start shooting. Did you have to modify the stock to make it fit?

Yes, that I one of the reason why I got the ATI with the 4 position A3 stock. My 12 year old daughter LOVES shooting the Z-5RS. She already CLAIMED the Z-5RS is hers. LOL!

I used a round file to widen up (just a tad) the other end of the stock for the push pin to slide all the way through. Other than that, it fits perfectly.

Then you might as well buy this one. Original HK.

I've had experience with the POF from Numerich. Here's the dealio. It's a great stock for what it is, but the alignment of the rear-trunnion to install pushpins require force as they do not line up naturally. Does the stock wobble? Yawp. Does it work? Definitely.
