    Default The IPSC/PCC legal .45 rollerlocked rifle

    Ive been waiting for this for a good while now.

    My friend has been bugging the crap out of me to go shoot some PCC competitions, but my rollerlockeds are not "legal" as pistols. Which now leads me to this new build.

    We are going to take a CETME C kit

    Combine it with some Thompson 30 round magazine

    Then finally the Rhineland barrel and magazine adapter. These kits came out earlier this year, but I have been waiting for the modified locking pieces, which they have finally released.

    And the end product should look something like this guy

    I cant wait to go hurt some AR9 PCC comp builds feelings with this thing

    What do you guys think?

    I think Rhineland turned left when they should have turned right.

    They should have made a mag adapter and conversion kit for shooting .30 carbine that you could just slap into an otherwise stock G3.
    I'm not positive, but I think .30 carbine would stabilize fine in the G3's 1:12 barrel. The M1 carbine used a 1:20, but there are T/C contender barrels in .30 carbine that are only 1:10.

    A semi-auto that could cycle .308, .22LR, and .30 carbine with just a swap of a few parts? Even Diane Feinstein would want one.

    Future: Done, until HK comes out with something new & nifty. Might start building an FNH collection.

    @chase45
    I like it. I used to use a reising to shoot bowling pins in subgun matches. 45 can knock down a lot! 9mm subguns would sometimes leave them on the table.

    Might have to try this once the locking pieces show up.
