I've encountered strange MP5, owner says it's genuine HK but close inspection says there are no proper HK markings. Also it doesn't look like Enfield production or enything else I could find on the net. My thoughts are with chineese receiver. I'm I correct?

    Here are some detailed photos:

there are no marking except barrel [14-42-90] and top of receiver.

    Thank for Your help!
    I‘d say POF.

Those Hk markings on receiver looks very fishy...
Again--- the fonts "appear" correct--- though that "MP (half-R) 5" looks suspicious!!!
The bolt head is date-coded "IG"--- the highest "IG" that I have seen is C 328951, but the lowest "KB" that I have seen in this serial denomination is C 344XXX--- the absolute highest MP5 that I have seen is C 346XXX (KB).
Maybe secondary to the lighting, but is there a date code to the right of the serial number?
What are the markings on the barrel?

This looks sketchy as all hell. My guess is that it is a fake. Offer accordingly.

Wow, what is up with that selector? Are they typically available in this length or did this just break an all-time extended length record? I've never seen such a thing...

That is the "winter" selector, for gloved operators in low temperature extremes!!!
