I think I may clone your clone. My C93 has been sitting in the back of a safe for years untouched and in need of a makeover.

    YMMV.

You don't have to spend a lot of money, this setup works fine for me. Use thread locker on the mount.

Good way to make a new enemy. I will NOT reveal the name of my LGS who is still stuck with 2 C-93’s for years. I don’t need the agrivation. I won’t even buy one. GARY.

He's interested in re obtaining one. I know where one is.

It goes no deeper than that.

Personally, I have never had the desire for one....too many issues. Anything Century is "buyer beware" nowadays.

Here’s a photo of my C93 in it’s current configuration.
    Shoots great suppressed or not.
Thinking of picking up another to use as a base for a 53 or 33k build.

Bolt gap is the same across the board.

I don't "run" my guns or "run" anything on them. Likewise, none of my guns are "platforms". I hold them up, not the other way around.

All of the 93 kits that Century Arms has in stock have been built up with the last PTR 93 offering. There are no more currently in the US and unless somebody decides to invest a bunch of $$ it is doubtful there will be more . With AR15 rifles for sale so cheaply it is hard to justify a multi million dollar investment in the 93 series .

It seams like the hard part is getting bolt groups for these. Maybe RCM could start making some for these? In any case I wonder if you guys could talk to PTR in having them make you barreled receivers to sell? This way customers could finish them out on their own. I think HKparts sells a complete German bolt group for $599 right now. Pricey yes but they are still available if someone really wants one. Would be nice is RCM had them for the same price as their MP5 bolt groups. If you guys started selling PTR-93 barreled receivers on a special run I think you would sell a lot of them.
