    Default HK Authorized Dealers

The HK warranty says something to the effect that I have to purchase from an authorized dealer to have a valid warranty. The nearest authorized dealer according to the HK website is a couple hours away. Can I have my local gun store order something for me or make a purchase from one of these online-only sellers and have it shipped to my local gun store and still have a warranty?

I believe that any store that purchases directly from HK (or even an HK distributor) would be an "authorized dealer"--- if you purchase new from any dealer, then I think that you are covered anyway!!!

For example Classic was selling those grey framed p30's. They were not imported by HK, so they were not covered under HK's warranty.

edit - here they are https://www.classicfirearms.com/hk-p...m-15-rnd-grey/

Tony is correct. Direct and dealers purchasing from authorized HK distributors are considered "authorized".

Allow me to put a fine point on this. "Authorized" means any weapon or part acquired through the HK sanctioned supply chain. If the weapon or part has been gray market acquired, you will not have warranty coverage.
