I'm curious what the turn around time has been for anyone who has had to send their gun into HK for incorrect functionality? My MR556 was sent back due to incorrect ejection and they've had it for about a week and a half now. Curious if that is normal or if I should be looking to follow up soon. Thank you.
Funnily enough I just got an email from them today without prompting or calling.

The part about the standard problem is a bit unusual. I did not know that there were ANY problems with ejection of shells out of the MR556...
Got my USP Expert back two days after they received it. Did exactly as I asked (from LEM back to V1)... easy peasy...
