    Default Hk Support is Terrific

    Some of you may recall that I had an issue with my new VP9SK (well, 2 issues. One of them resolved itself after some tinkering on my end) having rust form on the guide rod for the RSA. I mailed it in to them (at their cost, to boot!) and they literally received it, inspected, cleaned, and replaced the entire RSA and had it back at FedEx within a matter of a couple hours after receiving it. Talk about fantastic turnaround! I’m thrilled, hopefully the previous RSA guide rod was just a lemon and I won’t have any rust issues with the new one. I just wanted to shout out to Tommy for taking care of me and getting things squared away.

    p.s. I also had a nice conversation with Jason when I called back after being disconnected from Tommy - what a cool guy he was! That’s all, just wanted to brag on those guys.

    I've had nothing but positive experiences with HK CS, unlike some other manufacturers who shall remain nameless.

    Keep it clean, lubed and have fun, great little shooterz the SKs are

    1+ The turnaround is best I have seen when it comes to repairs.

    Oh, buddy...I’ve already started researching the next several. Consequently, my wife has changed the PIN on my debit card so I am searching for alternate sources of funding... 😆

    Now that’s what’s funny!!!! My wife would do the same thing and I wouldn’t blame her. That’s why when I’m buying guns I’m a cash man and usually only use my LGS buds 😉

    I sent my USP9 SD to them a few years ago for a match trigger install and I had it back within 10 days (including the weekends). Super quick
