Oh lawd, the frame texturing in that first picture made it look like there was some fleck in the polymer. I almost had a heart attack. Looks good and nice grey/gray collection @wesfitz !!

Big thumbs up to Mike at Cross Creek Guns. First class service while buying my new Grey VP 9 LE. Highly recommended.

I have one in grey -- same as others have mentioned, I'm not really into colored frames and had no interest in it from pictures online. Swung by the shop and saw it in person and it's extremely tasteful, couldn't say no.

On a side note, a few range buddies of mine have VP9's in black and this was a great way to know which one is mine :p

As with any colored firearm, the front of the frame gets filthy after a few hundred rounds, but at least it tells you where to clean.

Are the frames coated or is the color impregnated throughout the polymer? As I may want to do some frame modifications and wouldn't want to ruin the color.

I hope they do some HK45s in gray.

Well I went ahead and ordered mine from Buds tonight. Couldn't resist anymore, and I kept telling myself I'd get a Gray one if HK ever offered it.
