    i like that "traveling option" too . i won the sbt5k off GB. yesterday, got for $207 shipped .

    I just don't like the look of that optic and mounting location on 9x guns. Its an odd look IMHO.

    Might be. The aesthetic of the gun is a secondary concern to me. The mount gives me a RDS without increasing the size of the K gun at all and puts that dot right on top of my front sight post. For a full sized MP5 or SD I might go with a set up more like post #8. I'd have to elevate the T-1 a bit, though as I find the front sight ring distracting when it's in the middle of my sight picture. Would be nice if it would flip down out of the way (I know, I know...heresy).
