For maximum safety when carrying the pistol with a
loaded magazine in place, the chamber should be
empty, and the slide should be closed. If placed into a
holster, check it to be sure that the slide is not
retracted far enough to chamber a cartridge from the
    magazine.

Along with a graphic to not drop the firearm on the rear sight.
Gross. I wouldn't own a Ruger if you paid me. What a joke.

But the trigger pull is SOOOO sweet, it is Bruce Gray's baby after all....

My first AR was one of the earlier SR-556 variants they used to make... was my first and last Ruger now that I know better.

Of course the trigger is "sweet" - normal combat triggers have to be safe and function. If you don't care about safety, you can put a truly sweet 1 pound trigger on a pistol. Bruce Grey and SIG thought they could get something for nothing.

Anyone desiring a better trigger and more safety than a P320 just needs to carry a DA/SA pistol with the hammer cocked. Good trigger, safe holstering, fully drop safe.

I haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but given HK's reputation, I can't expect any HK branded gun to discharge when dropped. If a gun half the price of an HK (Glock 19), can pass the most rigorous drop tests, I'd be pretty pissed if my $1000 HK handgun discharged when dropped.

I actually was only joking about that, I've never fired (dry or live) P320 because I have zero interest. Only poking fun of the internet commandos that make it seem like any trigger that isn't 'as good' as 320 trigger is basically garbage and useless. These are likely the same people that would probably freak out if you carried DA/SA H&K cocked and unlocked... call you names and tell you how much you suck.
