    Default Usp barrel smooth?

I just bought a slightly used USP pistol. After shooting at the first time I went to clean it and noticed after cleaning it at the barrel appears to be almost smooth in comparison to most of my other pistols. I did a quick search here on this forum and found what appeared to say that this pistol has a polygonal barrel. Does this picture look right?

Oh man that thing is totally shot smooth. Should send to me for proper disposal. But in all seriousness that looks exactly as it should. And nice and sparkly clean!

Looks like the exact same as the barrel in my new USP i got a few weeks ago. It is polygonal rifling instead of traditional rifling which is why it appears so smooth.

Thanks all. Just had to check. I was thinking Glocks also had this rifling but they’ve never looked like this.

Not sure where to look on the gun, but the test round is labeled 2-2014

Left side, near the serial number, likely BD or BE (2013 or 2014).
