Default Looking at 2005 USP Full Size 'AF' Marked

.45 caliber. The 'AF' is just a proof mark, correct? Would this have the 'new' components? Seller has new, uninstalled night sights. What pusher tool works best for this pistol? Asking $1150 with 3 mags, box etc. and 650-750 .45 rounds. Does this sound like a decent deal?

AF=2005 Date Code. Fullsize USP. 45 is Gold Standard of. 45 Auto loaders.

If it's in good condition, get it, you won't regret the purchase! =)

TooSixy will drop by the thread regarding the night sight install, check back soon!

I gotta say, as far as date codes go, it doesn't get much cooler than "AF".

Is the seller including the original eagle industries soft case? or just a black hard case?

I didn't know they came with a soft case. I'm getting a crash course on this pistol. Been looking for any full size USP in .45 for a while.

They came in the case up until 2006 i believe it was an option. I'll post a picture below. But they had different colors. I think black is most common. But for the price being asked I would expect to get everything it originally came with.

Tactical. 45 came in the Eagle soft case.

Standard USP came in black plastic case.

I just assumed at almost $1200 it would be for the tactical. My mistake. Absolutely do not buy at that price. Terrible deal

Only the color-framed USP Tacticals came with the Eagle Industries case. Not all USPs, or even Custom Combats or Combat Competition models. But that is not to say that pre-owned USPs cannot come with Eagle cases. Previous owners might have decided to soup up their toys and when they needed to sell these toys, the upgraded cases go with them at a good price. I have gotten a few USPs and USP Experts like that.

OP: You might want to refrain from asking for value of the gun, or this thread will be nuked.

It might not have the latest components, depending on when it was manufactured in 2005 (AF).

MGW Sight Pusher or MGW Sight Pro or Range Master will work, but if you get the Sight Pro/Range Master, you will need to buy the slide shoe separately (about $18/ea).
