I mean seriously, it should be out already for less than $25. What is the hold up?

It will be out when you design one.

R&D, that it will hold up to recoil.
    Initially, $25+.

^ Thanks for the laugh!!! ^

No soapbox here, but I designed and sold the 3-D Mark 23 adapter.

The other 2 posters alone (no insult intended) are why it is a P.I.T.A. to try to do something like this.
I did go out of my way to R&D it, send it to HK Forum Beta-testers to test (and break) early versions, then market it. And although the MARK 23 market is indeed smaller than the USP, I barely broke even after a year on the Forum and eBay. The only way you're gonna get it for that price point is if a company makes 500-1000 at a time, and injection molded is more likely. I got knocked off by G,G,&G who made a stronger one out of aluminum. For the gunner/hobbyist to produce and sell to others i.m.h.o., they'd have to be more benevolent then I to offer them that inexpensive.

Good luck to you guys though, I don't have any USP's or I might have tried it.

There are some metal ones out there for about $45, can't really see a benefit of a 3D printed one except for saving a few bucks.
