    Default Sheared VP9 disconnector

I was disassembling my VP9T for cleaning and when I removed the slide the majority of the disconnector flew out of the frame. Anyone else seen this happen? My VP9T has around 1,800 rounds through it. At least it is only a $5 part.

Disassembled it before? Don't think ever heard of that. I just passed 20K on one, have 9K on another, no issues. Pictures would help.

I have disassembled the VP9 many times before. See the photo below. It sheared clean where a slight bend occurs about 1/2" from the pivot point.

Have you talked with HK USA? They might send something free of charge. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I talked with HK USA Customer Service today after returning from travels. They issued a return authorization and are sending a shipping label.
