P2000sk is an alternative to p30sk. has no safety. and don't forget usp compact.

the XD-e is compact enough, but the decocker is poorly designed and it takes both thumbs to engage it. it might not be an issue for others.

P30SK or P2000SK, whatever one works better for reaching controls, manual of arms is a bit different.

First carry pistol, so until gets more experience decided on V3, likes the decocker and since he's young and strong the DA pull isn't a hindrance.

He does like 45C LEM, and HK45 LEM, but kinda big for carry.
    VP9 - all 4 of them :-)

Cocked and locked, skip the DA.

BTW, it's not that i want to get rid of a gun; it's having the compulsive urge to acquire another.

Also, I was sent a PM and inadvertently deleted it; sorry for not being able to respond directly; still learning and thank you for the welcome.

Sorry if I misunderstood question, are you looking specifically for a compact P30 or just exploring compact 9mm options?

I’ve been really happy with my CZ75 Compact 14-15+1 and a very good DA pull (on mine at least it is better than any sig or beretta I’ve owned) and an alright SA pull. It’s fed everything I can find without issue.

I’ve owned a bunch of striker compact andsubcompact polymer framed guns and quickly gotten rid of them, just not really my thing; none have had any issues either. Just like metal guns better with exception of Hks.

The cz75 compact is the only compact gun I’ve ended up keeping. It’s heavy though but I like the heft.

I've been comfortable with DAO and DA/SA. I put about 1000+ rounds through a 75BD some years ago, but could not get used to the hammer cam; had a sig p220 and shot it very well; just too big for the low capacity. If sig made a compact TDA or HK made a TDA with a better DA, I'm sure I'd have one of each. As for beretta, I would like to try their new PX4 compact "carry".

My brother has a Px4 compact and loves it. I prefer the 92 series, but his is very pleasent to shoot and has been 100% reliable. Trigger is quite nice IMO too. My m9a3 has a better trigger, and the cz75 has a better trigger than both, but the px4 has a very nice trigger IMO.

*I thought he had the carry model but I was wrong

Hell there are so many guns ive tried to find the right carry gun. Keep ending up with full size guns hahaha.

Hope you find your perfect carry gun, OP!!
