Default Still Having a Difficult Time Deciding(PLease Help)

My OCD is kicking my butt in trying to pick a HK for a CCW. Is the P30SK 9mm that much inferior to the P2000SK?

    Care to elaborate?
The P2SK in .357, then a minute may be superior to the P30SK.

Why would one be inferior to the other? They're very similar guns...

I am sure that either one of them would have no problem putting holes in anything that they shot at.
    Just sayin

Where'd you see that either is inferior? I personally carry a P30SK and it's fantastic. Get's my full endorsement. I'm sure the P2000SK is incredible too. Buy either with confidence. Handle both and see which one you like better.

Both are fine guns. The P30sk offers the interchangeable side grip panels that the P2000sk does not have, but otherwise they are quite similar pistols.

Well I read a review that Five Guys was better than In N Out, yeah, that was bullshit. Reviews are subjective opinion for the most part. That’s the problem with reading reviews and not sampling for yourself. Get your hands on them. What works for one may not for another. If you can’t in your area, buy the one you are leaning towards, then the other; I bet you’ll keep both; if not, offload the one that doesn’t work for you. As others have stated, they are both great firearms, I own both. When I carry one of those two, I carry the P2000SK only because of my chosen caliber, but would never hesitate to carry the P30SK if need be and it is also really fun to shoot. YMMV. Good luck in your search.

I have both and in a rubber-meets-the-road way it's pretty factual how similar they are. Hardly much of a difference, almost identical in every possible dimension.

    Mine are both Light LEM.

Common crowd and marketplace will generally assume newer is better for any commercial good. In my opinion the P2000sk feels more sturdy, hardened.

The only difference between the Batman-factor on the P30/P30sk grip.

On the P2000/P2000sk and nearly all my firearms I apply the granulated Talon grips because in the end all plastic is plastic regardless of how tactical a grip may look. That's (the grip) just about the only perceivable difference.
