I don't see what advantages a striker fired USP would bring over an LEM USP. Really, it'd just be disadvantages. No second strike, no ability to thumb the hammer while reholstering, worse trigger feel, undesirable trigger safety, less force imparted to primer...

I would rater see an expansion to other calibers in the VP series.. Leave the USP alone it's great just the way it is..
I am not a fan of the USP series so no thanks and I am already extremely pleased with my VP9.

I don’t see any advantage of a striker-fired USP over a VP9 or 40, other than they don’t make a VP45. Why would HK spend any further development money on the USP series when they have newer pistols out?
