Default Ended up with the "battleworn" USPc after all

I inquired on this gun for sale back in Dec/Jan on another site. The seller never responded after a few pm's, so I figured the gun was sold... even though he never marked the ad as such. Well, he came up for air last week and gun is still available, so I pounced... and got it! Its a USPc .40 with a BE date code. He had the slide Cerakoted in tungsten "battleworn" and the barrel in bronze - pretty interesting. I bought it last Friday and pick it up out of jail (CA) on Monday! Gun is in great shape (original owner) and I got a smoking deal on it. Needless to say, I'm stoked!

Very cool. I love the look of a battle worn slide on a firearm. Looks like whoever did the Cerekote did a good job (not over the top). Hope you didn't pay a premium for the look?

That finish looks good, bronze is a nice touch. Looks similar to the LE trade-in one I have...

I do too, was super happy when I found out it wasn't sold after all and that I actually got it! Agreed, it looks really good in person.

Didn't do too bad. I got the gun with 2 mags & the case. Trijicon night sights and 3 holsters, 2 iwb & 1 owb ... for $475.

Very cool color combo. I love ‘battleworn’ and ‘bronze’ but never thought of putting the two together...

    Very nice!

I agree, whoever did the cerakote did a great job of making it look good w/o being over the top.

Congrats man. That's a really rare looking hardened beast. I think there's a mystical allure about the USP class that just screams silent professional without being tricked out. Your gun took a couple times for me to look at to really appreciate its unique makeup.
