Unlike Sig/Glock, HK sanctioned cal conversions/barrel-swaps are essentially 40sw/357sig.
HK's first is go-bang every time. They don’t care (and hate) what others think/do.
Glock only recommends 357/40 barrel swaps also, with stipulations.
RCM has 9mm barrels that fit the .40. They did, do or will anyway. Think they've been sold out is all but I'm not positive on status.
