So this model along with sorry guy.... a G27 are my two main EDC weapons of choice. The quality of the HK is far superior and its accuracy as well for me far surpasses the G27. I do find the Glock a tad bit easier to conceal at times but it’s not hard with the right holster for the VP9SK. Ergonomics are not even in the same ballpark. Only wish the capacity of the sk was a bit higher. However, one more than the G27 since it’s in .40 😊. Who else is lovin’ in the Vp9sk as edc?? Also, I’ve had a p2000sk .40 in V2 ordered since mind-December. As soon as it arrives it’ll be added into the rotation as well.

Both of the above mentioned are great. I would be happy with either. I switch between P2000sk 40 and VP9sk. The main reason I stick with HK is that they all have the same controls, except for decocker. I have gone from USP to P2000sk to VP9 to VP9Sk in the same matches. No thought, I just used them. The magazine interchangeability is very helpful.(not USP).

I wish we could buy them here. I'll have to be satisfied with the SFP9-tactical Until I come back to the US (at least it has the fantastic Special Forces trigger).

I have a vp9sk, a p30sk and a walther CCP in rotation, I love them all, maybe differently, but equally.
As far as higher capacity magazines, all full size vp9 and p30 magazines will work in the sk models.

I do not own one but purchasing one is constantly on my mind. It appears that HK will never release a true subcompact so a VP9 SK is the next best thing. My current daily carry is a PPS M2 and I love it but often times I wish that I had more rounds but my VP9 is too large. SK might be just right.

I’ve also got a PPS M1 (love me a paddle release). I do carry that occasionally in summer. You’ll have no problem with the Vp9sk. You won’t regret the purchase. But it IS a larger gun than the PPS for sure. Again, good belt, good full sweat shield holster and you’ll be good to go.

My EDC is a VP9sk in a Remora holster.
I also have +2 baseplates on both mags.

I'm going to order a few 13 & 15 round mags for it as well.

The 13 round mag is superb size wise to me. The 15 only good for range. Again, just me.
