So I bought a couple of the +2 extended base plates for my P30SK off of HKparts. However I noticed the HK extended plates fit my pinky perfectly. The HKparts +2 are too small and makes my fingers really feel jammed together compared to the original HK style.
I've looked and it doesn't seem so but I figured I would ask anyways, does HK make a +2 in the same style as the extended 10 rounder or am I SOL?
Also, is there maybe another brand whose pinky extensions have a little more room?
Hmm... I also have the HKParts +2 extensions, but I feel like the factory pinky extension jammed my fingers together more so than the +2 extensions.
Both were clearly designed for smaller hands, but with the +2 I can cheat a bit and let my pinky slide half out of the groove.
I have thought about filing the lower edge off slightly to make it more comfortable & doing a repaint.
The FDE extensions don’t match the gun color anyhow.
My wife didn’t care for the 13 round factory extension. It’s not a completely seamless junction, and she prefers the 10 round with pinky extension. With my big hands, the 13r is fine.
I’ve held a gun with the HK Parts extension shown above, they’re ok, but I didn’t like them near as much as the factory extensions.
Here's a video of another guy who bought them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGF-0N_OLbM&t=305s

[QUOTE=Alex35;3520364] damn those looked like what I wanted until I saw it doesn't add the +2 capacity. I'd rather just get the factory ones then.
