Default HK45 white paint over applied on frame. Is that normal?

Small little annoyance but there is a little extra white paint on my HK45 where the safety switch is. The paint is a little over applied and bled onto the frame. Anyone have any recommendations on what product to use to remove it? I don't want to risk damaging the poylmer using harsh chemicals so wanted to get the forums opinion first. Thanks!HK45 white paint over applied on frame. Is that normal?-image445418-baf0cba1d9d0c54a35f6d94dbf5e084e.jpg

You can use Hoppe's 9 or CLP and bit of elbow grease to remove the extra. Don't use acetone or harsh chemicals or it'll ruin the frame.

I know it’s the lighting, but your frame looked grey for a second... wouldn’t that have been sweet. Nice German specimen.
