I was looking at that.. But doesn't 4.75mean its the threaded barrel overall length? Hence the part that sticks out.

Thatís what I thought too! but have seen three times now where manufactures and dealers have said the same thing in regards to improper barrel to stock VP9 fit and function...really makes no sense...Iím gonna do some more research and see what theyíre talking about

Yes I’m almost certain it does...actually I’m %100 certain it does...that why it’s so confusing, I’m probably just going to go with my gut and make the purchase

Great. FYI, I purchased mine last year when they had an ETA of 12/14. I didn't get a shipped notification until 1/17. I assumed holiday season and what not, but unless it's In Stock, don't count the days based on ETA and backorder. Overall, I think you'll enjoy it.

Oh yeah, the 4.75" is the OAL of the threaded barrel. What I was saying was more that it makes no sense that something marketed as a VP9 threaded barrel wouldn't fit a VP9, given that there is only one model. It would be like saying "this aftermarket Glock 17 Gen4 threaded barrel does not fit Gen4 Glock 17s".

It's probably just Brownell's having someone without a real understanding of the VP9 writing the descriptions. Brownell's has a bazillion products to keep track of, after all. If PMM says that their comp is optimized for the SilencerCo (or OEM, if you get the 13.5◊1 LH comp), then I would have no problem buying a SilencerCo threaded barrel for that use. Until someone from SilencerCo's tech department saying there's issue, I wouldn't care what a reseller's website says.

Roger that I agree...Zack atPmm said there should be no issue...and a silencerco rep said the same so that’s all the green lights I need...thank to for all the insight and experiences gentlemen
