    Thumbs down

    Disregard :

You don’t have privileges to pm but I have a bunch of parts I removed out of my BD Expert with the new style parts if you’re interested hammer included. If that fits the bill for you

Actually it’s a bobbed hammer now that I think about it

I might like to buy the bobbed hammer from you if you ever get a replacement hammer.

I had good luck with hkcs. While fixing the old reset issue on the early hk45c, they also asked if anything else they could do. Told them I would like a spurred hammer. It was replaced at NC and shipped back. This is a while back. Good luck with it.

2 is 1 and 1 is none. Until the Mark 23.

If you can find an old catch and want to pair it with the old style hammer, Iíll trade you for the bobbed hammer. I know this isnít what you asked for and I realize this is the old hammer before I am crucified by everyone. However, in looking for a hammer just like you, I mistakenly bought a brand new old style hammer. In talking to HK service they said that it was ok to use as long as you had a matching old style catch. Just a thought. Even if temporary. You can get the new catch and back order the new hammer. Then swap them out when you get the new hammer. Itís not perfect, but if you really want to make the swap itís a way to get it done.

So you now have two options. Old catch and hammer or order a new one for $40.

Personally, I'd go for a new-style hammer. The new-style Catch/Hammer were re-designed to prevent the Hammer from resting or hitting the Firing Pin when decocked.
