ETA didn't get past the spelling and grammar to finish reading the ad. I guess a face to face legitimizes it to a certain extent.

Wonder how much of that Russian steel ammo has gone through it?
The steel ammo and the offer to trade for some rims scare me a little.

I know. I screwed up last week. A guy had one for $500 with only 200 rounds through it and all the stuff. Paperwork, lock, locking key, test cartridge and two ten round magazines. I took too long to get to him.

yep, looks like burnt bronze. maybe its a police trade in or something, that would be a great pistol to refinish and the slide is redone for sure.
I did my G17 and some other pieces it looks pretty slick.

It doesn't look like a scam to me. He left his # and wants VA resident CCW holder. Now if he says he'll only ship, then red flag.

Disagree. When it comes to Armslist, all deals are scams unless it happens FTF and the all parties get what they expect from one another.

Like others have said, that certainly looks more like a Burnt Bronze Cerakote than any factory color. That said, many people really like the Burnt Bronze color and Cerakote is certainly a quality finish. The only reason I'd steer clear is if you have to have a factory original, or of course if it is a scam.

I think you just repeated what I just said. Go back and read, I said if he wants to only ship then it's most likely a scam.......that means FTF.
