    How hard is it to put the comp sear in? I did the v1 conversion

    Sorry how hard is it to change the sear spring, from flat spring to the chrome comp spring

    If you’ve ever detail stripped your P2000 it’s easy. If not follow the detailed instructions in the resources here.

    There are a couple of tutorials in the Reference Library sub-forum, one of which is the P30 Detail Stripping tutorial. You can use that to detail strip your P2000 because the internals in the P2000 and P30 are identical. Just have to push up on the P2000 backstrap to re-install the backstrap.

    Btw, it's Nickel-plated, not chrome.

    Try it and see.. most folks won’t notice but it smooths the trigger pull some..
