So i own a VP9 and received an SRO for a present. I don't really want to get rid of the thing so i'm looking at options to mount it. Ideally i'd love to just mill the top of my VP9. It does run dangerously close to a regular VP9 so it looks like i'm may have to lose my rear site, not ideal either.

Did you ever get the project finished and is it working properly? I'd like to mount my SRO on my VP9 but i'm a little concerned about it's length.

Primary Machine milled my VP9L and installed an SRO and it's awesome. I've run 1K+ rounds since and no hiccups. I'll probably have a second VP9L done over the Winter.
