    Default P30L Hammer Spring Question

I carry on duty a 9mm P30L DA/SA. The single action is fine but the DA is too heavy for my taste .
So what weight hammer spring ( 11 or 12 ) would you recommend to reduce the pull weight but still give 100% ignition ?
I carry and shoot Federal and Winchester only.
    Thanks in advance.

My suggestion for duty would be to dry fire and shoot. You’ll get familiar with the break.

All I did on my P30L was replace the firing pin block spring with HK part #209296 and in my opinion it made a noticeable difference in the DA trigger pull. I wouldn’t lighten the hammer spring in your line of work.
