I don't know if they can do the Safariland fork, but Cook's Holsters can do as much or more customization than anyone else I've seen. They do have a P30 with X300 Ultra option, and they can do custom cuts for RMRs. http://www.cooksholsters.com
I have no info on the holster. Your optic cut and installation look great. Could you advise how the irons co-witness with the RMR, 1/3 or ...?
You should be able to find Safariland holster for the P 30 with the Surefire light on it. The problem will be the RMR cut out. I would go with one of the 6280 model holsters and modify the holster for your RMR to fit into. It’s not ideal but that is the way I have seen others do it, and is the way I’m going to do it for my HK45 in a similar configuration.

I think this might be a good option for exactly what you're looking for.....I'm wanting to get the same type of holster, but for the P30L. This company offers exactly what you're looking for with the P30 - I just wonder if I could modify it to work for the P30L. If you get one from them, I'd love to hear how it works for you:
Problem with the previous suggestions for the most part is a lack of active retention, as implied by "duty holster".
I used to use a modded 6004 for awhile on my modded out P30LS; that will probably be your only Safariland option, since the RMR will preclude the modding of any of the ALS holsters. Outside of smaller custom shops using Bladetech hoods or scavenged SLS hoods (e.g., HolsterCo, Veil Solutions, Red Hill Tactical, etc.), I don't know if you have any other options. The Blackhawk Omnivore can be modded to work if you swap to an X300U-A, or you can go with the SureFire MasterFire if you get the X300UH/XH30/XH35.
