If only the USP9 Expert came in FDE or grey. That would be sell-out for sure. If only....

Now that Calf has the grey and FDE, maybe next year or two they will have OD?

Someone who already has one please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this is actually Desert Tan USP 9, same color as the existing Tan USP 40/45 that we already have. It's just the lighting that makes it look a bit darker.

Here are some better pictures of that "FDE" USP 9.

That would be cool! A gray 45 and the FDE are definitely on my radar now. I may be the only fool that leaves a ban-state, and then starts buying up ban-state & preban (70s/80s) guns.

I had thought taupe/tan/fde are all the same? At least the following two pictures are exactly the same gun.

No, FDE on the VP series is not the same color as Desert Tan USPs. It's a bit darker.

I was looking at getting one of these. I think I'd have to see it in person though. I love the "darker" look pictures of the pistol, but the "lighter" look pictures I'm not a huge fan of.

I wish they'd do a RAL8000 version, as I would be all over that! Deutsches Afrikakorps of the 21st Century!

I still have that spare tire on my FJ, unfortunately that USP is long gone.

Someone buy one and compare it to previous and current colors and see what "FDE" this really is.
