You would think with the number of new models with OR that HK would make the change. It definitely won't hurt their sales.

I dunno if it will help much at all. Two of the local shops here told me they hadnít sold a VP9 in nearly a year. One of the shops has them on close out still, they had tried to get rid of them before the end of Ď19 but decided to keep them marked down. I think they were trying to take a loss on them.

VP9s just arenít selling all that well, at least around here.

I was just wondering if anyone had any insights as to why HK is coming to the optics ready market sooooo late. IWI, Sig, FN, Glock, smith & clinton and selloutfield have all got models that are optics ready, why not HK?

I don't think there is a patent in the way. The mounting system looks markedly similar to what everyone else uses besides FN. So what gives?

I really, really want a VP9 with a factory optics cut.

First line of the "improvements" is: "17-round magazines will replace previous 15-round versions"

What are we now left to bitch about???

There is a reason that only 5 percent of the competitors at a recent USPSA Carry Optics Nationals used an RMR.

Will the P30 come with the new 17 round mags as well?

Is the magazine a whole new design or will it be possible to convert the older 15 round mags to 17?
