I have both. The p30 light V1 IS noticeably lighter than my p2000sk V2. I like them both, but there is a difference.

I like them both but the P30SK has a better grip Than P2000SK.

In my experience and observation a flatter side grip allows for more support hand contact and pressure. As such the shooter is less likely to pull shots laterally. And this is especially applicable in a compact or subcompact carry/duty pistol. With the P30 and P30sk I usually advise right-handed clients to use the thin side panel on the left side and the medium or thick side panel on the right side. Handgun shooters often fail to appreciate the importance of strong support hand pressure. Ever notice at the range how many people are pulling shots to the left?
I tend to agree, though I can't say yet, as I just ordered a P2000SK and currently have a P30SK, which I also have yet to shoot.
I really like the P30SK, which (while the grip is definitely styled much differently than my daily carry USP45C) actually tends to handle like the USPC.
I ordered the P2000SK because the overall grip is more visually similar to the USP45C and I wanted to see which one I will prefer.
I should have it in a week or so and will report back with observations.
edit: just to add, the P30SK is one solidly built pistol.

I own the p30sk and have carried nothing else for almost a year. I've thought about buying a p2000sk but I can't justify buying it when the p30sk is perfect for me. Both are great guns.

I've set my p30sk up just the way I like it and I have no problem carrying it at the 4:30 position, summer or winter

    Agree on both,
But I like the grooves better on the P30.
    Just fits better.
Try both, hold both, your call.
    Enjoy.
