Default Come on HK make more P30L already.

Once in a while I go check out a few gunshops, pawns shops, See if i find anything interesting. (Its how I'm found my P30L .40, still looking for a 9mm) I stumble on to this I mean I know sometimes you have to pay to play but damn 1k for a p30L .40 are they really that rare?

When I first started shooting 5 or 6 years ago I bought all my guns at my local shoot straight. I really like the guys there. Once I discovered gun broker I rarely went back. I always felt they dealt fairly with me but that price is way high. I guess supply and demand sets prices. My first p30L 5 or 6 years ago (9mm) was around that price. I have since bought a p30, p30L, and p30 sk all on gunbroker NIB for under $650. Hopefully there will be more here soon and prices will get normal again.

That is nuts. I bought my P30L from a guy on armslist. Ironically, I met him in the parking lot of Shoot Shoot straight in Clearwater. While waiting for him I went inside and chuckled at their $1000+ prices on P30Ls. Keep searching and you will eventually find one. FWIW, it was like new in the box for $650. The guy didn't like the long trigger pull. The one I got was 9mm, never played with the 40 though

Let’s keep in mind, the P30’s MSRP used to be ~$1000 before HK dropped the price on them. Today though, you should not be paying anywhere close to that though. I think I paid less than $700 for my P30L 9mm NIB earlier this year.

$1000 for a P30L in 40SW is excessive. HK has stopped building the gun in that caliber. Rare? Sort of but not collectible, and they go for about $600-$750 these days. No way I'd pay a gran for one.

For a company chronically rumored (rightly or wrongly) to be in a somewhat precarious financial state, HK is sure content to leave loads of civilian money sitting on the table. Very, very strange to me.

It's a P30L with safety in factory V1 configuration. Only 500 or so made it into the US. So not common. But not $1050 uncommon, IMO

Wow. I bought two P30L's last month. I bought them both new. $575 for one on sale. $650 for the other.

$599 is a great price. I would get this if I could.
