Default H&K Bringing Back the SP5

I read today that H&K is bringing back the SP5. Does anyone know if it will not be salable in states like Massachusetts? We have an AR ban here as you know but the SP5 is a pistol so I'm not sure if that plays a role or not in its availability here. Thanks.

perhaps this 72+ page thread on the first page will give you some additional info.

Maybe ask in the Massachusetts forum, since it seems to be a Massachusetts specific legality issue.

Unlikely...that is a 75+ page f***ing dumpster fire. Like 10 pounds of smashed ass in a 5 pound sack...not even worth a look.

Can I tell you the rumor that sp5 is not MA compliance so I will have a better chance of getting one under my Christmas tree?

Technically they’re not bringing back the SP5, they’re releasing it for the first time.

Will the SP-5 work with a 3 position Franklin Armory BFSIII HK-C1?

This might be one of the best comments I've ever read on HKPro.
