    Default P7 PSP Broke yesterday

Well I hate to say, my PSP finally broke yesterday. Firing some Remington umc green box rounds, I shot one mag, then had a failure to eject on the next mag. This happened 3 more times on the next 3 rounds. It was then I noticed my extractor was gone. I looked everywhere, but no luck finding it nor the spring and the plunger.

Not sure what the issue was the gun had been good up to this point and never caused me and issue since I have owned it. Anyway I combed the internet last night and was not able to find any parts for this gun. Anyone out there know a source? HK parts is out of stock and the large gun parts online shop says discontinued.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

If James / @Marine0303 doesn't have it on hand he may be able to source one. Do a search for him here, He's certainly the authority on P7 maintenance/repair.

Try better ammo. There is a promotional video floating around the web where the P7 is shot repeatedly after the extractor has been completely removed from the gun. Otherwise, do as suggested and contact James.

First hand experience. I have shot a P7M8 with a broken and then removed extractor. No malfunctions at all. Maybe your chamber needs to be cleaned. I hope you find the part.

Thanks guys. I did speak with James and it will most likely end up there, I think I located an extractor, and I did get the spring, the plunger appears to be MIA.

Its a shame this gun once fixed will apparently have to become a safe queen. bummer.

Why would your pistol become a safe queen after it is repaired? Isn't it being repaired so you can continue firing it?

Machines break. Shoot it and enjoy it once it's repaired.
