    Why would HK make basically the same mag different to dissassemble didnt know they did this but I have all 12rnd mags so I didnt even know HK had been doing this Interesting.

    The 10 rounders are easy once you have done it once or twice, patience is the key word here, don't force things.

    Sounds reasonable, I never gave it much thought. I should probably take mine apart and give them the once over. do you oil or grease the spring?

    Yeah every now and again take mag down clean inside wipe down light coat of oil then wipe off I do this to any used mags I buy. Last year I purchased 50 32rnd Uzi mag deal for $360.00 I dissassembled them cleaned them most were new some where used and dirty then light coat oil on the springs.
