Henís teeth. If you save a search on gunbroker youíll see one emerge about once a year but itís usually attached to an Expert. There was one for an Elite on GB recently with a 400.00 buy it now. Thereís a apparently defunct group buy on this site. If they ever materialize you might find one for sale in the classified section. Like I said, henís teeth. But..........worth it!

What the group buy didn’t materialize???
I thought he shipped them last week,
Or was that the week before.

Or was that maybe they will ship the 31st Of February.

    Oh wait February will “NEVER’”
    Have 31 days.

    Sorry for the short rant.

Yes, Merkle weights are very nice. Yes, they are hard to get. Yes, they are worth if it you can get one.

Yeah that was mine that I sold....hard to come by from Merkle! I've got one on my Expert 9 and love it.

Expert plus Merkle weight for some reason just makes me rock hard every time, absolutely the sexiest handgun in my opinion. The day I obtain a Merkle weight for my 9mm Expert will be one of the happiest days of my life, unfortunately as others here have said it is HEN'S TEETH.

I never knew I needed an Expert 9 with a Merkle weight until today... it really is an addiction.

@all: aside the rarity/sexy factor, how a Merkle weight behaves vs a regular weight (e.g. Match, https://www.matchweight.com/collecti...r-koch-expert?).

Are there differences on how each weight will impact handling of the gun while shooting?

The addiction is very real, almost incurable. Well temporarily curable with the purchase of a new HK lol.

I'm thinking it's less of an addiction than it is pure visceral lust..........or is it just me?
