    I was disappointed when I saw they had changed the shelf on the sp5. Now I have more housings to buy...

    ^^Nice and clean. Clip and pinning looks a little easier to do now. The plastic ears that would normally hold the pin don't require any other fitting than removing some material. Do you mind sharing where you purchased it?

    I do like the SEF, but only the contoured version paired with 80s or earlier corresponding furniture interests me.

    The SEF version is the one that will pair up best with a binary trigger. The safeties point to the appropriate setting, F is binary, E single shot. On the Navy housings, the Franklin safety is the wrong way ‘round for the pictograms.

    I've been considering picking up an unmarked Navy housing from HK Parts and having it laser marked correctly for use with the Custom Smith printed selector levers. Not a cheap solution, but it would look good IMO.

    Thanks for posting the pics. Pretty interesting the label on the bag is for a G3 trigger housing. It looks like it's just a clipped and pinned G3 housing with the rear tang trimmed to fit the SP5.
