A better question might be what didn't I do to one of my HK pistols today! I was one of the fortunate few to attend @Marine0303 's USP armorer's training class today. I brought a stainless KG date code .45 and did things to it I never imagined doing. We tore our pistols down completely and repeatedly practiced reassembling them. At one point I converted it from DA/SA to heavy LEM. Then I tore it down and rebuilt it with a match trigger kit. To be completely honest, James did the sear spring but I did everything else. So, that's what I did to my HK pistol today!

Ps Big shout out to @mneblett for volunteering to do all the driving. Great company and conversation, and a sweet ride!

I did not read yours, not that it matters, it seems I have offended you in a personal way singling me out. Instead of zapping posts how about locking it down and moving on since there are other threads dedicated for each of the things mentioned by the OP and so this is a redundant thread that apparently has run its course.

Spent time working on a 3d printable +2rd expansion for the 10rd USP9 magazines. same concept may work in the 40 and 45 to a lesser gain.

I was at Saturday's USP armorer course hosted by @Marine0303 as well - @BeachBum covered it well, all I have to add is my endorsement.

YouTube, picture-heavy threads... they're good, but nothing beats real-time, in person instruction. It's worth it.

I used my USP 45 Tactical as an evangelizing tool. With the KAC suppressor and laser/illuminator mounted, it was impressive enough to do it’s job. HK has a new convert. My friend will dip his toe with a USP Compact

I made a quick trip to the range with my USP40 LEM and shot 100 rounds at steel targets. It was awesome! Gave it a quick lube down when I got home and I'll do a detailed cleaning on Saturday when I have more time.

Full disclosure, I did this Sunday. Swapped out the V3 decocker on my USP 45 for a V1 safety/decocker and gave the frame a deep clean.
