Default Hammer has no tension after installing a match trigger set

Ok so I installed a match trigger list on my AA date code USP 40 S&W compact
I have a new bobbed hammer with the notch on the right side and the E on the left side with the new style catch. Everything seems to be fine till I dry fire the gun and the hammer bounces and has no tension???? Here is a pic and a video
What am I doing wrong ??

Show a close up picture of the hammer. It looks like the hammer pin is missing. There were several kits sold on the forum a while back without the pin.

If it is missing it will feel like it is a wimpy hammer drop. If it is the pin you have three choices.

Take the one out of your original hammer and put it in.
Buy one and put it in.
Contact the seller, tell them the pin is missing and request one.

I deleted the link. Sorry if it was incorrect. It worked for me. Just do a search for match kit missing pin. It was started by @TooSixy .
