Congratulations. I'm hoping to score a second but I really need a lucky find like yours if I'm going to swing it at the moment.

It's got at least 2 full size sections that would store 2 SP5s if need be that I saw and multiple outside pouches with quite a few snap buckles. It wouldn't even fit back into the box. Has anyone seen those?
Excellent score sir! I managed to score mine below msrp too, not 2300 but a couple hundred. My LGS has gotten another one in after I put down for the one I got and the one that came in after has the original bag. The one I put down for had the bag that you are talking about there. It’s a super nice bag but I had them switch mine out for the one original bag. I figure these bags would eventually show up on the Webshop or GB and I’ll grab one then. I figured the original zipper case would be harder to find so I got it while I could. Good luck and enjoy!!

Great pickup and price. Better than any of the other deals I have seen.

That's the price I'm waiting for. I find that and it's an instant buy.

I said a few months ago SP5 prices were likely to follow the SP5K pricing pattern and the covid plandemic helped speed the process along

I had more than one person scoff at me when I said sub $2500 was on the horizon a few months ago

I still call for $1800 to $2200 as being the long term SP5 pricing but thats assuming we have a normal world to go back to :-)

If I scoured I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal, but it just happened to pop in in my FB feed that a new local gun store had it in stock and I jumped way too quick. And called and paid for it over the phone the bloated retail price. This was two months ago i paid for it and due to all kinds of things and them dragging their feet on making the mods to I could take ownership on it I didn't get it until yesterday.

I think $1800 is a bit below dealer cost. I recall reading here that was about $2100. The environment would have to be pretty bad to drop that low. Normal should be $2300-$2500 retail.
